Each of the Balcones de Casares townhouses is built on three floors, constructed to the highest quality with exceptional finshings and materials. On the ground floor the properties boast a fully fitted designer kitchen, spacious dining and living room with ample terrace, guest W/C and entrance hall. On the lower floor is the master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and balcony, and finally on the second lower floor there are two guest bedrooms with balcony and a further bathroom. Málaga and Gibraltar airports are both within a convenient hour's drive from Casares. The area is well served by excellent roads and motorways.
